The staff was amazing and very accommodating.

The HVAC system was not functioning properly during my stay, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. Despite being promised a room with air conditioning, the unit was outdated and ineffective. Unfortunately, I found dead bugs in one of the rooms, which added to my disappointment.

Cicis Pizza and Hoffbrau Steak & Grill House served up some serious flavors that had my taste buds dancing. The spacious room was great for my family, and Christy at the front desk was an absolute gem, sharing laughs with us right from check-in!

We truly enjoyed our stay in a spacious Two-Bedroom King Suite, which was perfect for our family gatherings. The in-room kitchen made it incredibly easy to prepare quick meals. However, it would be great if they provided more information about the housekeeping policy upfront.

The bathroom was clean, and having marble countertops felt pretty nice. Only downside was the TV remote didn’t work initially, but staff was quick to help. Overall, a solid room for a family stay.

It was just a good pick for a quick break in Amarillo with incredible value for money. The highlight was when the front desk staff quickly accommodated my late check-in with a friendly smile, which made me feel welcome after a long drive. Make sure to ask about nearby dining spots for some quick meal options.
